We unlock outburst feature when our digimon's quality gets 120.

We need special books to boost to the max the current line if we want to get it to the next level.

When we get enough experience we can use more books to unlock the potential.

It's a long way when our level gets 60 we can upgrade our SS rank to an SSS rank, during this whole procedure our stats will boost and it can even get better and better.
